Shipping & Returns

Every piece from Dave Miller Images is carefully crafted to order using museum-quality archival materials designed to last for generations. Because each artwork is individually produced, please allow time for printing, finishing, inspection, and careful packaging prior to shipment.

Production & Shipping Times

Most orders ship within 2–4 weeks from the date of purchase.

You will receive tracking information as soon as your artwork ships.

All orders include free shipping within the United States.

At this time, international shipping may be available on select orders. Please contact us directly for availability and shipping quotes.

Packaging & Delivery

Each piece is carefully packaged to help ensure safe arrival during transit.

Depending on the size and presentation option selected, artwork may ship:

  • flat-packed,

  • rolled in a protective tube,

  • or professionally crated for larger pieces.

Please inspect your artwork upon delivery.

Damaged Shipments

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

To assist with replacement claims, please include:

  • photos of the artwork,

  • photos of the packaging,

  • and photos of any visible damage.

If damage occurred during shipping, we will work with you to arrange a replacement.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every piece is made to order specifically for each collector, we do not offer free returns or general exchanges.

However, your experience matters deeply to us. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out directly and we will do our best to make it right.

Color & Presentation

Please note that slight variations in color and tone may occur between on-screen previews and final printed artwork due to differences in monitor calibration, materials, and printing processes.

Each print material also presents images slightly differently, which is part of the unique character of fine art printing.
