Most prints are usually shipped within 5–7 business days after your order, and delivery typically takes an additional 4–5 days.
Please Note. Frame prints take up to 14 business days to ship. Each frame is made to order and increases the lead time.

How is the print packaged for shipping?
Fine art paper prints are shipped either flat in protective folders or rolled in sturdy print tubes. Framed, acrylic, metal, and canvas prints are carefully packed in reinforced boxes with extra corner protection to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.

What if my print arrives damaged?
If your print arrives damaged, please contact us right away upon receipt. We will promptly process a replacement and have it sent to you as quickly as possible.

All prints and merchandise are produced by a trusted third-party partner to help keep costs affordable. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and items must be returned in new, unused condition.

What if i change my mind after ordering?
If you change your mind, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled for a full refund if they haven’t shipped yet. Once an item has shipped, it can be returned, but the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Metal, canvas, and framed prints should be kept free of dust and debris, and displayed away from direct sunlight or heat sources to ensure longevity. Giclée fine art paper prints should be framed, with the same care guidelines applied for optimal preservation.

Even though all our prints are made with archival materials, we recommend avoiding direct sunlight to prevent fading and ensure your artwork’s longevity.
